Dean Taylor, University of Utah Healthcare
Dean worked as an RN for University of Utah Health Care in Newborn Intensive Care for 6 years before joining the EMR team at UHC in March 2005. While working as an RN, he completed his Masters degree in Nursing Informatics at the University of Utah College of Nursing. He is currently working as a Clinical Systems Analyst, with responsibility for nursing documentation in the ICUs and Bedside Medical Device Interfaces. Additionally, he has worked with many different physician groups to build their department specific ordersets for CPOE.
